It was plenty warm (in the winter). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (though it could use a new can opener). “We had a wonderful trip to Hamptons Bay and this house was a perfect fit for 2 families with kids ages 2-12. The house is beautifully updated, comfortable beds and very clean. The yard is great! Communication was great, my only suggestion is find out the WiFi ahead as our reception was very spotty without it. Great stay!”
