The perfect yearlong getaway beach house directly on the bay with spectacular, direct sunset views and resort worthy amenities. The property is adjacent to a preserved marsh with stunning natural grasses, swan and bird sightings. There is also a private dock with a pontoon boat for usage to access Westhampton beaches and stunning sand bars a short boat ride away.

Perfect for a family looking for privacy and a summer escape, the house has a gated pool, brand new hot tub, Traeger smoker grill, movie theater room, infrared sauna, in the ground trampoline, beautiful teak swing set, fire pit in the sand and tiki bar. Spend a tranquil evening watching the sun set over the water and wade through the marsh while the kids catch clams and crabs.

Bungalow style, the house features a cozy bedroom with a full sized bed and a crib with walk out sliders, 2 children’s bedrooms, one with a loft double bed and one with a twin bed. The basement has another 2 bedrooms, both with full sized beds and one with a daybed. There are 3 full baths and one half bath.

We have owned and enjoyed the house for summers over the past 15 years and recently moved to FL for the school year. We will be renting our summer home for and are looking for trustworthy, clean and caring families who will enjoy it as much as we do. We are renting it for August and can extend the rental through the fall, winter and spring seasons for those looking for tranquil weekends out of the city and proximity to the farms and harvest festivals.

We are right at the beginning of the Hamptons but without all of the traffic of the Hamptons. Easily accessible to the Hamptons beaches, restaurants, farms and nightlife. Also, a short ride to the North Fork to enjoy wineries or a day at the farm with friends. Visit Shelter Island or Montauk for a day trip.
