“A beautiful, fully equipped 2 bedroom hotel apartment with excellent amenities and very clean in a prime position, opposite the beach in Cowes and near the town centre. Staff very friendly. Efficient check in and check out. Definitely recommend.”

“There’s was festival below, very loud until midnight. The floors still had dirt on them. There was tricking water from an outside pipe the tripped all night. The parking was difficult, we had to enter their Parking via the multi rise parking. Our cafes were too “big” for their parking and we had to park out the back. We asked for one of the beds to be made up of 2 singles and we had 2 queen beds. Not a great experience. We won’t ever use this facility again ”

“We stay here often when in town. With a full agenda we decided to see if we could check in early, mainly to get our key as we would be back late after reception closed. We arrived at 12.15 and were told we could check in early for a $50 fee. Or we could come back at 1.30 and check in early at no cost. We chose the latter and went for a coffee. We do understand that checking in early is at the hotels discretion, but obviously the room was available so the fee did seem excessive. Overall we...
