“Assurdo! Abbiamo prenotato dall'Italia per 16 giorni. Ho scritto all'hotel per assicurarmi che andasse tutto bene. Mi confermarlo che la prenotazione e tutto il resto fosse andato a buon fine e che ci aspettarono. Appena arrivati, dopo 20h di viaggio in aereo, ci rifiutano, lasciandoci in strada perche "per un regolamento interno non accettano per piu di 14 giorni" e la nostra prenotazione era per 16. “Meets all what we need for an overnight stay. What takes it up a notch would be the unmatched service of Desiree B. She made sure that our stay was pleasant and that we get what we needed.
