“There was no was no one at the front desk every time I went there for check in I had to wait like 15 minutes for someone to show up and for check out it was no one at all”

“The staff were phenomenal! The property itself needs a thorough cleaning and unfortunately only one elevator was working during my stay.”

“Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. ”

“Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western.”

“Need to be cleaned. No ice machine. No working restroom outside of room. Freezer, Walls & window shades dirty.”

“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making for a relaxing experience. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who were always welcoming and willing to help. The hotel's location is also very enjoyable. If you like walking, running, or simply spending time outdoors, the nearby riverwalk provides a relaxing and scenic environment for exercise and leisure. Overall, I truly have no complaints...
