“Hotel & room are modern, very clean and roomy w/ lots of outlets around the room for your electronics. Unlike the complaints from other reviews, our room has running hot water. Good free breakfast and coffee selections. Garage parking is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Will definitely come back to this hotel on our next trip to Austin.”

“The cleaning staff is terrible. They spend 5 mins cleaning the room, no vacuum, no change of sheets. There is tons of free parking nearby, and the valet parking is a rip-off.”

“The hotel was nice and the room was good overall. My only complaint was the shower water pressure, which was very low, and it took a long time to get hot water. My room was on the 9th floor, so that may have contributed, but it still shouldn’t be an excuse.”
