The young lady at the reception desk was full of smiles and let us borrow a uk plug for our chargers! We only brought America plugs! Also, Sara Jean in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel very welcome and gave us some good advice for what to do in York! It was such a great experience! I recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot out in the country! ”

“Come hotel è eccezionale, la camera bella spaziosa, pulita e con il bagno grande e comodo. L'unica cosa strana è che la presa elettrica non è adatta per l'uso del phon e per asciugarsi i capelli bisogna farlo in camera. Un po' noioso anche il pulsante per lo scarico del wc e ci vuole un po' per farlo scaricare ammodo. Ottima impressione. Tra l'altro, essendo fuori dal centro di Edimburgo, ha il ristorante e quindi è perfetto. ”

“We loved 24 Royal Terrace. The staff were all very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect - right next to Calton Hill. We walked everywhere. Our room (number 2) was huge! The bathtub was huge! We would highly recommend.”

For more than 200€ a night (avg. of 4 nights) it’s a robbery!
The floor has never been cleaned in 4 days, when I arrived there was dirt on the bathroom floor and there it stayed the whole duration of the stay.
Also, the fixed shower head… can you not update to a flexible one? I know you are not used to bidet but that would be all people would need in order to avoid taking 2 showers a day, consuming tons of water.
I Did not buy the breakfast so i can’t judge on that, but I had to pay to leave the luggage on the last day (it’s 1 pound, but still…this have never happened before anywhere I travelled) "
