“Clean facility, helpful/friendly staff, excellent restaurants, and superb casino.”

“They provided a ride to the concert which was less than an Uber. Room did have a slight odor, however, for one night it was okay.”

“Room. Bed was very uncomfortable like a hide a bed and the pillows were flat and not supportive. Bed linens were not secure and had to make the bed (fitted sheet) every morning. If you're going to have a kitchenette then there should at least be a coffee maker with supplies included. Elevator was dreadfully slow and the 3rd floor opening was extremely loud and squeaky. Could definitely need some repairs. Otherwise it was a basic room.”

“No microwave was astonishing. No ice machine on the floor was also a problem (waited 20 mins for ice from reception). Bed is definitely outdated and uncomfortable. Disappointing that nothing was complimentary (I guess the ice and soap were). The bathroom and shower were great. Soaps were great. We loved the silence. The staffs energy and optimism could improve as well.”

“Our stay here during the World Cup was a disaster. We arrived after 9 pm and they told us our room was not ready yet.... We had two kids with us. The next day we were locked out of our rooms and building and no one was at the front desk to help us. I was there with another person who had just checked into two rooms and neither room had towels. Then I just found two extra $100 charges with no explanation. This was not part of what was explained when I booked with expedia and not part of what was...
