Hotel vicino a Moschea Kongo - Mombasa

"Esperienza pessima, sconsigliatissimo! / Terrible experience, absolutely avoid this hotel! Non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel. Nonostante avessi prenotato con 3 mesi di anticipo, al mio arrivo mi è stato comunicato che non c'erano camere disponibili. Dopo 3 ore di attesa in reception, senza che mi venisse offerto neanche un bicchiere d'acqua, mi hanno sistemato in un appartamento esterno alla struttura, costringendomi a raggiungere l'hotel a piedi o in tuk-tuk per utilizzare i servizi. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Despite booking three months in advance, I was told upon arrival that no rooms were available. They made me wait for 3 hours at the reception without even offering a glass of water. Eventually, they placed me in an apartment outside the main structure, forcing me to walk or take a tuk-tuk to access the hotel facilities. La pulizia era inaccettabile: i cuscini erano sporchi e gialli, probabilmente macchiati di sudore (o peggio, non voglio nemmeno immaginare cosa). Il bagno era in condizioni igieniche pietose, con una vasca inutilizzabile per la sporcizia. The cleanliness was atrocious: the pillows were dirty and yellow-stained, probably from sweat (or worse—I don’t even want to imagine what else). The bathroom was in a disgusting state, with a bathtub so filthy it was completely unusable. Questo hotel dovrebbe chiudere ed essere ristrutturato/ this hotel should be closed and rinnovate completely EVITATELO/AVOID IT"

"Struttura veramente ben tenuta, manutenzione in continuo. Pulizia delle stanze discreta, cibo buono e abbondante al buffet, il cibo italiano lascia a desiderare. Personale gentile e cortese, sempre attento ai bisogni degli ospiti. Nel complesso positivo"

"La posizione sull'oceano rimane magnifica, purtroppo non il servizio complessivo dell'hotel rispetto all'eccellenza che avevo apprezzato anni prima. Perfetto invece, per arrivare all'hotel ho utilizzato samuelnjogu03@gmail.com affidabile e fantastico autista e guida anche per tutto il soggiorno. The oceanfront location remains magnificent, unfortunately the hotel's overall service does not compare to the excellence I had enjoyed years earlier. Perfect however, to get to the hotel I used samuelnjogu03@gmail.com reliable and fantastic driver and guide also for the whole stay."
