"Esperienza pessima, sconsigliatissimo! / Terrible experience, absolutely avoid this hotel! Non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel. Nonostante avessi prenotato con 3 mesi di anticipo, al mio arrivo mi è stato comunicato che non c'erano camere disponibili. Dopo 3 ore di attesa in reception, senza che mi venisse offerto neanche un bicchiere d'acqua, mi hanno sistemato in un appartamento esterno alla struttura, costringendomi a raggiungere l'hotel a piedi o in tuk-tuk per utilizzare i servizi. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Despite booking three months in advance, I was told upon arrival that no rooms were available. They made me wait for 3 hours at the reception without even offering a glass of water. Eventually, they placed me in an apartment outside the main structure, forcing me to walk or take a tuk-tuk to access the hotel facilities. La pulizia era inaccettabile: i cuscini erano sporchi e gialli, probabilmente macchiati di sudore (o peggio, non voglio nemmeno immaginare cosa). Il bagno era in condizioni igieniche pietose, con una vasca inutilizzabile per la sporcizia. The cleanliness was atrocious: the pillows were dirty and yellow-stained, probably from sweat (or worse—I don’t even want to imagine what else). The bathroom was in a disgusting state, with a bathtub so filthy it was completely unusable. Questo hotel dovrebbe chiudere ed essere ristrutturato/ this hotel should be closed and rinnovate completely EVITATELO/AVOID IT"
