Hotel vicino a Moti Baug - Surat

“Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. ”

“Lovely rooms and service at this hotel and was convenient for what I needed. Food was ample and tasty with lots of variety. Service was good and staff were very friendly. Shout out to Amit and Reema. Although the hotel itself was good and it was near the bus station and it was tucked away down a little road which I felt didn't hold up to Hilton standards with the crowds outside. Overall it was a good place and was useful for my needs.”
