“Staffs were super helpful. There were roaches!”

“The hotel consist in two different building and you can't know before where you'll stay. The rooms are large but not so much comfortable and not with a good smell. Few services. Basic Breakfast.”

“No appropriate tissue paper, the tv & air con didn't work. There was dirty laundry in the room. There was no duvet, people sleeping in the reception which was locked and had the lights shut. I had to bang on the door to wake the owner up when the website says that reception is 24 hours. They also did not provide breakfast when i had paid for this. ”

“Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. ”

“There are room for improvement Not convenient for international travellers Bed linen dirty Pillows are smelly Poor quality pillows and cushions Amenities are not as per international standards No safe no shower cubicle with glass covering the bathroom becomes a mess after the shower Washbasin tap water splashes out each time it is used”
