However, the check‑in process consistently feels slower than expected. The bar menu is also quite limited. It’s surprising that simple options like a bowl of fries or wedges aren’t available to enjoy with a glass of wine or beer which my husband and I enjoy, as most hotels offer this. “We had an awesome stay with our family over the New Year period. Even though the hotel was right by the main road, we felt very secure knowing our car was safe in the property. The new owners are great to deal with, very accommodating and quick to rectify any issues. The property was clean and the rooms have been updated which feels very modern. “Lovely hosts and super clean! Yes, it's an older motel, but it was so clean and serviced daily. Really easy to find and access from a busy road, had convenient parking outside the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering its location! Felt really safe as a woman staying on my own and the private thermal pool was a lovely treat too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!”
