“A very good option if you're on the road and need to take a break. The receptionists were kind, rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.”

This made it very difficult to read as I am only 5ft 6in tall. This became important as around 8.30pm there was a fire alarm. “Spectacular. property and location. We slept in the 16th century building. The room super big, with an amazing view on the British country side. Bathroom extrememelly specious and with a wonderful bath tub The location is just wonderful. immersed in the country side Absolutely perfect stay. 10 ++++++ ”

“Charming little old fashioned (in a good way) hotel in Leamington Spa. No frills but very well run and friendly, unobtrusive service. Will come back if in the area. ”

“The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. ”

“The hotel is fine, the bed is comfortable, they have a nice outdoor area, breakfast and wifi connection are decent, iron and iron board are provided in the corridor for anyone to take to their room, I appreciated the coffee and the biscuits in the room, so all in all, for my travelling style, I would come back again Having said that I must point out the aspect needing improvement as I heard other customers being set off by those 1st and most annoying, the absence of anyone in the hotel....
