The private waterfront offers a peaceful and largely protected setting in Salmon Meadow Cove which is great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. There is also a large, perched sand beach and a dock which can accommodate (1) boat up to 24 feet in length. Although in a protected setting, this home offers quick and easy access by boat to the broader part of Lake Winnipesaukee. It’s not uncommon to hear Loon’s calling in the evening as you overlook the cove and the Ossipee Mountain Range in the distance.

This home is the builder’s own and is nothing short of a labor of love, completely renovated inside and out with the finest quality materials and finishes, as well as Central Air Conditioning. The main floor offers an open concept with a generous chef’s kitchen, living room and dining area, all with gorgeous lake views. The primary bedroom is also on the first floor with a beautiful en-suite bathroom. There is a screened sunroom which can be accessed from the dining room or from the primary bedroom. There is also a half bath on the first floor. Upstairs, there is an office nook in case you need to take care of anything while you’re away. There are also three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom (bed sizes are listed in the “room description” section below). Sorry, the fireplace is off-limits and is not available for guest use.

The lower level is finished, with walkout to the waterfront and a hardscaped patio with firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows with the family. The lower level offers excellent additional space to relax and unwind with generous seating, large flat screen TV, game table and ping-pong. There is an additional full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer on the lower level.

This property makes a for a great vacation whether you’re visiting in Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter – enjoy hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Ridgewood or “mini-golf” at Paradise Falls – both in Moultonborough. You’re only about 5 minutes’ drive into the town of Center Harbor for ice cream, groceries, shops and restaurants. There’s so much to do nearby!
