  • The search ends here! This spacious Winnipesaukee waterfront home offers 275' of waterfrontage, views and Northeastern exposure. The lot itself, offers many sitting areas, patios and a 30' open deck and screened gazebo. The landscaping, natural walk-in sandy beach and 24' dock that can accommodate up to a 21' boat, will make this a vacation to remember. If rest and relaxation is what you have been hoping for, stop looking, you have found it!

    Four large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, and an additional kitchenette. Indoor / outdoor dining. There is an ample amount of living space for the entire group with pool and poker table to add to the memories.

Lovely waterfront home and property....lots of space in th event of rain for games and eating inside ... Lots of space outside for your boat, for swimming, and on shore sun bathing and reading..cocktails on the deck it in the gazebo. Huge kitchen- plenty of space for multi generations and or friends! The only thing...when we initially booked thru VRBO...the only photos of the home on the website looked like it was a newer house. It is not a new home - it is a well kept but dated property. Perfect for our lakeside fun! Loved our stay and would love to return sometime!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, positive. The house has 4 BRs and plenty of room to move around on a rainy day. The lake dock and sand entry and excellent. The location is mainly quiet compared to other sections of surprising. Beds were comfortable. The staff for At the Lake Rentals were quick to respond and were accommodating.A few negatives...the main house refrigerator was not working properly...we lost an assortment of food due to the malfunction which was still present when our rental ended. The house was not fully cleaned when we arrived...lots of sand in rugs, cob webs in many locations on the interior. There was a musty smell when we arrived and a lack of seating/tables on the top deck was surprising.
