“We were not aware of construction going on. Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to a new remodeled room- but Room 1 had no hot water and we did have a mini fridge. Room 2 had hot water and no fridge. Saturday morning at 8am construction started and it was so loud we couldnt hear our TV or make any calls. Sunday morning, easter morning, construction started again around 9am. I understand they are remodeling, but on the weekends?? The staff was super nice and the bar/restaurant was delicious, but...

“Hotel smell like cigarettes and drugs. Everything was dirty, peeling, broken, worn down, gross, and very, very cheap (not affordable but faulty). The first room the tv did not work, so they switched me to another room, tv glitched out constantly but I was too tired to move again. The door on the new room had a 2x4 poorly installed behind the door hinges, the door had obviously been kicked down previously. Staff was rude and miserable. “The hot water faucet in the sink was not working. The shower pressure was very bad. The air conditioner was not working properly in room. It was set at 68 but the room was 77 and not getting cooler. ”

“Clunks of hair stuck in sink when I checked in, housekeeping supervisor was very rude because I brought it to her attention. Other than that my stay was ok”

“It’s a 2 star hotel. My room had two lamps, but one bulb between them. The bedding is thin so you’ll need to crank up the heat during the winter. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were friendly. ”

“Clean room. Friendly staff. The grounds need a bit of updating. The water stopped working for a short time but returned after about 20/30 minutes. ”

“Easy parking and check in. Nice walk to pratts ale house and cfg bank arena. Hotel could use some updates of tech and overall look. Could also reopen the restaurant and upgrade the breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay it worked out for our concert really well. Was a little pricey for what you get, but you pay for convenience.”
