“I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“Very well maintained property. The staff was attentive and helpful with all questions. It is easy to walk to the waterfront from this location for a stroll or enjoy an appetizer and beverage with friends and family. The rooms are well stocked with all you need to make and eat in and even have family in to share with you.”

“Excellent service from staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Courtyard is private and lights up beautifully at night. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Very close to everything. Can walk to Inner Harbour and Little Italy for restaurants. Would highly recommend for couples, business or just leisure. We will return.”
