“Very clan and friendly staff”

“The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options.”

“We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. So I told the lady it wasn't blowing air just fan and mind you it was 90 out and we sweated all night because maintenance leaves at 230pm which she was told before that, so it could've been fix the 1st night but it wasn't plus it was our 19th Anniversary on that day. Worst Hampton I've ever stayed in. Staff tried to be helpful. I blame the management of this business for these short-comings. elevator was broken when we checked in but fixed soon afterwards. Worst of all it was a holiday weekend.”
