Le tariffe speciali per il weekend per venerdì e sabato sono disponibili a $ 375. 00 a notte. Incantevole cottage di roccia di 100 anni su Bear Creek. Il dolce suono dell'acqua riempie la casa di pace e tranquillità, ma questo è solo l'inizio. Questa casa è stata amorevolmente ristrutturata dentro e fuori. Grande camino a gas in pietra per piacevoli serate all'insegna del relax e del divertimento. I nuovi pavimenti in legno coprono l'intero piano inferiore. Il letto matrimoniale al piano inferiore funge da terza camera da letto con vista sul camino e sul laghetto accanto al bagno. Al piano superiore lussuose camere da letto offrono letti paradisiaci e letti Tempur-Pedic. I lucernari per osservare le stelle completano la sontuosa esperienza. Due bagni antichi pieni si dilettano in molti modi. Immergi tutto in una vasca di grandi dimensioni con suoni di sottofondo. La cucina in rame trasporterà in un tempo abbastanza più semplice. Nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui fornelli a gas e frigorifero. Cucina ben fornita di tutto il necessario per gustare ottimo cibo e bevande. Per quanto meraviglioso sia l'interno, l'esterno può essere la parte migliore. Il cancello d'ingresso ti delizierà quando entri nel giardino. Glicine, succhiano il miele e le rose di Cecil Bruener scalano l'intero cortile recintato. In tutto il giardino camillas, rose, peones,
hydragaes e felci fioriscono in molti colori ogni stagione. Tutti godranno dei comodi posti a sedere in giardino nella parte anteriore e del tavolo da pranzo / deliziosi mobili da giardino nella parte posteriore. Grill a gas per chi ama cucinare fuori. Per momenti abbastanza soli, siediti in pace sul ponte al piano superiore con vista sulle montagne, ruscelli e stagno. Questa casa è un'esperienza che calmerà la tua anima, delizierà i tuoi sensi e porterà gioia a tutti.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. So much attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a weekend visit. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. Plenty of dinnerware, cooking utensils and condiments for 5 guests with a lovely front and backyard to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail. Walking distance to the lodge and short ride to the top of Mt Baldy. We didn’t want to go ( even our 2 twelve year olds wanted to stay). Debbie is a wonderful host responding quickly to messages and making sure all was well when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Weekend at a cozy cottage

Our stay was very nice. Overall we really enjoyed the cottage, but I wish we had known that we wouldn’t have cell service(TMobile) because we weren’t able to make phone calls while we were there. I also wish we would have been warned that coffee and ice would not be provided and that we would need to bring our own. I hope you are an early riser because both bedrooms have large skylights. Even with these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great weekend!

Wedding getaway to Mt Baldy

After a bit of a trek for us to get to the home (unforeseen circumstances) the host was still so lovely and welcoming. The home was ideal for our needs. We needed to stay at My Baldy for a wedding at the lodge but the rooms at the lodge were too small for our party of six. The cabin was ideal. The space is clean and relaxing. Listening to the river while having coffee on the morning was my favorite. The only thing I hadn’t realized is the 3rd bedroom is attached to the living room so would be good for kids or people who don’t mind staying up late or getting up early with people in the living room or kitchen area. Still ideal amenities and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the lodge. Would absolutely stay again!

One of a kind home in bucolic setting

We were in Mt. Baldy for a wedding. We were lucky enough to find the cottage for our four-night stay. Everything about the cottage is designed for a memorable stay. In terms of the mundane, the beds were comfortable; seating in the living room was perfect. We were there in June, so didn't require using the fireplace. Modern kitchen, air conditioned. The AC had a hard time reaching the second floor (probably our only minor complaint; since we were 4000 feet up. we opened the windows at night for a great breeze). We sat in the gorgeous garden for breakfast each morning and, truly, did not want to leave. I'm not sure I'll ever find myself in Mt. Baldy again, but if so, I'd absolutely want to stat in the Cottage on Bear Creek.

Calm hideaway

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from college in Claremont, and it was great to be out of the graduation chaos every night and morning. Lovely spot, tucked away, with all the conveniences you could need.

Amazing experience

The house is so comfortable & beautiful. Hearing The water rushing as you wake up in the morning is a bonus. The special towels for taking off makeup, so so smart ( I have ruined many a hotel towel) we had a great time and this stay really set off the Christmas season for me (the fireplace alone!)

The elegant and cozy cottage in the woods...

The property is historic and well preserved. We felt like we could have been in Scandinavia or Switzerland. The craftmanship, comfort of the beds, meticulous attention to detail in every room, gave us a cozy stay, as if in our own mountain retreat. Debbie is fabulous...everything sparkled and was so clean and well managed. The gardens are lovely, and the courtyard behind the house is soothing to the soul with the sounds of running water from the stream nearby. Truly a restful and elegant retreat. We hope to return and enjoy this lovely cottage for all its amenities and history. A rare jewel, indeed!

Romance is in the air

The cottage is a perfect place to get back to romance and enjoy each others company. Great location for chilling out and getting back to nature. Also a fun bar/eatery up the road and only 15-20 minutes from Claremont or Upland. We have stayed here numerous times and each time is better than the last. Debbie is an amazing host.

50th High School Reunion

This weekend was for our 50th Upland High School reunion together with friends. We enjoyed visiting together outside in the garden as well as laughing in front of the fireplace. We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage and want to come back and stay longer!!

Mountain Getaway

Our daughter was in town with her fiancé so we decided to have a weekend in the mountains while she was here. This is the perfect location. Beautiful house and grounds, quaint little town, plenty of hiking in the vicinity.

Beautiful house

Beautifully updated. Has a few quirks due to its being 100 years old, but they were no problem for us. The gardens are incredible. It does say in the listing and reviews(but is not obvious from the pics) that the downstairs bed is in an alcove off the main living room - meaning it is an L shaped room and the bed is essentially part of that living space. We missed or forgot about that, and my 87 year old MIL who needed to be on the main floor was not pleased. It didn't end up to be a problem, but it would be nice to have one of those tall folding screens to at least provide a visual barrier.
