“Rooms were clean & surroundings were also clean. Only the mattress on the the swings outside were not clean.”

“These are studio apartment rented out. It's a shame hotel.Com is listing such property.it should be black listed and I should get a refund. No ac working in common areas / need room.. Room changes, refrigerator not working in new room. From 1030 pm till midnight no water in bathroom. No one other than security at reception to address the situation. Food quality very poor, I don't think this property is worth more than 1500/night. Plastic spoon and bowls in dining area. Thrash around...

“The picture looks so different than what the actual rooms are. The bedsheet was very old and ripped. The rooms are very small and has lot of other bugs along with cockroaches in it. Never booking this hotel again.”
