Appartamenti a Mount Carmel

“When a property is advertised as having an indoor pool, I expect it to be useable for swimming. Instead, after the front desk person indicated where to find the pool, I walked there just to discover it was closed for maintenance. Why was it advertised as having a pool? Why didn't the front desk just tell me and apologize for the inconvenience instead of letting me walk there to find out on my own. Not acceptable!”

“The whole hotel wreaks of perfume. The smell was so strong in my room that I had to sleep with the windows open. The room appeared clean, but I found someone else's clothing on the desk chair when I pulled it out to use it (ewww). The ironing board had a cover, but there was no foam under it so it was impossible to iron without shoving a towel under the cover. I learned this because when I pulled the ironing board out of the closet, a used towel fell out of the cover.”

“The staff was fine the room wasn't it smelled musty and moldy. The breakfast was not what it should have been that the picture showed it was definitely a downgrade will never be there again”

“Clean and would stay again.”

“The only downside to our room was the shower, which needed updating, it was functional but very aged. The carpet could’ve used a good upgrading as well. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant room the bed and the pillows were comfortable. Everyone we met at the inn was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the hot tub and the indoor pool were both down at the time. We’ve eaten at the red geranium before and so knew what to expect but they outdid themselves. “It’s a good motel to stay over night when making long trips. Some splatter on the ceiling and not sure what it was but I can only assume. I also killed two roaches, both in the bathroom. Breakfast provided which is hard to find currently. Loved the waffle station. Cereal was stale according to my wife but it got the job done.”

“Our room had two double beds was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful in taking our bags to the room. We will stay there again.”

“The room was clean but the ground needed some care. The girl that check me in was very hard to understand as I think she was Indian. Didn’t understand 90% of what she said.”

“This place was disgusting. The 1st room the toilet was clogged. No maintenance till he woke up. The 2nd room we had a plunger to use every other time we flushed the toilet. The pool was so dirty. You could see piles of dirt at the bottom. The floor around the widow had dirt about 2 inches thick.”
