“We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. ”

“Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, property is clean. They could have better seating for outdoors or a fire pit like some of their other properties. Breakfast is low quality. Used to be good but now eggs are watery no bacon just sausage links that taste like rubber ”

“When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the bed had something on it that looked disgusting. So we were switched to a different room. The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. ”

“Disappointing Stay for the Price! I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory for nearly $170 a night. Upon arrival, I noticed food on the furniture and hair ties in the bathroom, which were major red flags for cleanliness. Additionally, the table in my room had sides that were coming unglued, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness.
