“Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Warwick. Our lovely host phoned me to welcome us and let us know how to get into our room if she was absent. She also heated up our room for us prior to arrival. Simple gestures like that mean a lot and show how to give excellent customer service. The room was warm, clean, comfortable and stocked with teas and biscuits. After a long day I was set ! Very happy to recommend and stay here again.”

“I have stayed here at least 6 times and it truly is a jewel in the crown of SEQ. they are very reasonable in everything and honest about everything. A trusted safe and pleasant stay. 5 stars. The only downside is some of the facilities are a bit run down but I don’t mind as it makes it ultimately affordable. Well done to staff and all involved ”
