“Everything was lovely however we booked to go to the executive lounge which was disappointing compared to many if the Asian Hotels. Another small thing is they didn’t book our bus to the airport the next day. A minor thing and easily rectified but should not have happened. Saying all that I would stay there again but not book the executive lounge. ”

“Easy parking and check in. Room was quiet and clean with bottled water, chocolates and biscuits along with coffee and tea.
Only down side was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Also when returning to the property after a concert around midnight we were able to enter the lift lobby and go up to our floor without swiping a card. Just swiping to access our room.
All team members were extremely helpful and engaging to deal with.
Breakfast was very good with pricing similar to local cafes.”

“È un motel nei pressi dell'aeroporto. Le stanze sono un po vecchie e poco curate, gli insetti brulicano e la zona è un po' morta.
Il personale ci ha accolto con il sorriso, nonostante il check-in anticipato non comunicato. Puntuali nelle indicazioni, ci hanno fatto anche delle stampe gratuitamente, sempre con un gran sorriso in viso. Bell'impatto con la gente australiana.
Per una notte è una buona sistemazione. Non offre la colazione e non ha un ristorante, la necessità di spostarsi ad...

“It was just a quick stop between flights for us. But it was exactly what we needed, a quiet place to rest before our next flight. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the surrounding area quiet.
We arrived after hours and left before reception opened but staff contacted us prior to arrival and ensured a key was available in the after hours key box.

“+ Helpful friendly staff, tv broke the receptionist fixed it in 3 mins, very comfy beds in an ample sized room, breakfast was continental or Full English so enough choices.
- Sadly we had zero view of anything we were on floor 1 right next to the lifts, a bare dirty patio that’s not been swept for a good while! The whole hotel needs brightening up, very dark wood interiors etc but it’s biggest drawback is that it’s a long way from any bars, restaurants of Brisbane so no nightlife to speak of....

“I had a really great stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made everything easy, which set the tone for the whole trip.
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and I actually had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. I also appreciated the little details like how well the room was maintained and how fresh everything felt.
