Welcome to your own lakefront oasis in the heart of Mount Dora! Charming and fully remodeled, our two-bedroom, two-bathroom home boasts stunning sunset views over Lake Dora with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
Pontoon boat reservations are based on availability and boating experience.
Come enjoy the best of Florida living at our lakeside retreat!

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals and the dining area has plenty of seating for family and friends to enjoy. The living area is cozy and inviting; great for relaxing after a day of exploring the town.

Step outside onto the expansive deck to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine and picturesque views of the lake. It is sure to become your favorite place for outdoor dining or just lounging and taking in the scenery. The dock on the lake is a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail shared with friends around the fireplace table.

With three beds that comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this home is ideal for families or couples traveling together. There is a portable twin bed that can be made available for a seventh guest.

Not only will you be on beautiful Lake Dora, but this home is located mere steps away from the heart of downtown with its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and year-round festivals.

Since it is a duplex with one unit upstairs and a nearly identical unit downstairs, they may both be able to be rented together for larger parties wishing to stay together while still having the privacy and comfort of separate homes.

Inquire about renting our pontoon boat, bikes, and kayaks to explore the lake and town.

Just Lovely

What a beautiful home on the lake. It was fully equipped and prettier than we expected. All of the shops and dinning were so accessible. We never moved the car, great location.

Great house, great spot

Home is beautifully decorated. Perfect for 2 couples, with room for 2 kids. We never moved our car. We walked to great shops, wonderful restaurants, and the boat dock for a tour. The view from the deck over the lake is amazing. This was our second time to stay here and we will return.

The perfect birthday venue

Arriving at the property is was evident that it exceeds the description and photos online. Friends and family joined me for my birthday, and it was the right venue for it. The house is open concept and spacious. Big and comfortable. Top quality finishes. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds, chairs and sofa. Beautiful view of Lake Dora. Downtown is just a few minutes walk. I can't say enough good things about out stay there. What a gem in Mount Dora

Amazing home, views and location for exploring Mt Dora - all is within walking distance.

We truly enjoyed our stay, The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy and the attentions to details for comfort and beauty are spot on. I would add it’s a two bedroom technically with the third bedroom being a walled in Lanai area without a closet and two twin beds filling the space. It was perfect for us but if you are expecting a third bedroom w privacy this may fall short.

Location location

This beautiful property was outstanding. Being on the water for sunsets was exceptional. The house is one block from all the best restaurants and shops. It was updated, beds comfortable and house was very clean. Our host went above and beyond. They knew we were interested in the kayaks. They saw that they’re paddles were less then par so they ordered new ons that were there when we arrived.

Beautiful home

Beautiful property! Hidden gem. Right in town, but quiet road on the lake with gorgeous sunsets ! Very clean & the owners are wounderfu to work with. Very comfortable for for 6. Absolutely will be coming back! Town is a fun place to walk around & very safe for my teenage daughter to rome around. Plus it's close to Orlando, Ocala & Cristal river. Five stars!

Looks like a magazine

This home is impeccable. Looks like it’s out of an Anthropologie magazine. Clean, well equipped, with very comfortable beds. The location could not have been better; it is situated next to the Rusty Anchor marina and all the shopping. One small comment; it’s technically not 3 bedrooms. There is a sleeping nook with two good size twin beds and a curtain separating from the living room. It worked perfectly for our group.

Family time

As soon as you enter the house you feel at home. It’s decorated beautifully all the little touches didn’t go unnoticed. We stayed with our 3 children who are in college for some much needed family time. The home was perfect as well as location. Already recommend it to family & friends

Wonderful Relaxing Experience

Love the unit and location. The view of Lake Dora was magical. Decor was so inviting and everything you could possibly want in a rental. Walking distance to everything. Will definitely rent this beautiful property again.

One of my favorites stays ever!

This has to be one of my favorite stays! In town, beautiful views of the lake, very clean unit. The host was great with communication. I would like to stay in this unit again when I am back in town. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay.

A great place, with amazing sunsets, short walk to the center of Mount Dora. The place was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Boat rental available, and a dock to relax on, with great views. Also, it was fun sitting on the deck. We hope we will be able to visit again.

Pleasant Surprise!

We were all so pleasantly surprised with the property and the location was just great. Our hostess was very attentive to a couple little issues which is really important. The view and ambience from the deck was super! We all highly recommend the property and the general area.

Beautiful lake views in the heart of Mt. Dora

Walking distance to the heart of downtown Mt. Dora. Coffee shops, restaurants, street events within 2 min walk from the property, which we took advantage of. Walk out on the back deck and you are transported into tranquility. The shoreline is a local habitat for wildlife which we enjoyed. There is a private pier/dock with pontoon available for rent. The outside furniture and front landing area could use a clean-up - the inside was very clean. Two decent size bedrooms, nice bathrooms, updated kitchen, was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

Perfectly located in Mt. Dora, Fl~ near all the quaint activity of the town and right on the water. Upstairs unit is renovated and clean. Big windows to enjoy the lake. The view is serene ~ a great getaway spot or staycation. Full disclosure, nature being as it is, there are alot of bugs being on a lake. Outside sitting furniture and dock were covered. Property manager answered all our questions and worked very hard to clean the outside space for us. Fire feature didn't work for us but the lighting on the dock was great. Lots of space for larger groups and the dock for your boat or float. Enjoy beautiful Mt. Dora!

What a Great Getaway!!

I feel that this property was actually "under promoted" by the previous owner. It has a new owner since I originally booked it and hopefully he will continue to offer it to vacationers. It is half way between my sister and her husband from southwest Florida and my husband and me in the northeast corner. We will definitely be doing this again. We arrived early. The property manager came to greet us and let us know that the house was ready and we could get in. She assured us she was just a phonecall away if we needed anything. This is the very first house on Boathouse Row and it is nestled right next to the Yacht Club. We parked the car and never had to use it again during our stay! The house has the most beautiful view for sunsets right from the living room, the outside deck, or an awesome covered dock on the water set up with sofas, a cooler, a beer meister, and a fire pit. Also, it was a short walk to the dock for the sunset cruise. The two bedrooms with ensuites was a perfect setup for two couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had breakfasts and lunches there and walked to a different restaurant every night for dinner. Richard, please keep renting this! There is no better place to be in Mt. Dora.
