“Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“Einfach großartig! Die Einrichtung ist super kreativ und erinnert mit ihrem Retro-Charme an Scooby Doo – überall findet man liebevoll gestaltete Details, vom Comic-Heft im Zimmer bis hin zur detaillierten Beschreibung der Inhaltsstoffe im Shampoo. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch: Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und es gibt eine Laundry. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Frühstücksrestaurant The Ruby, das direkt dazugehört und absolut zu empfehlen ist....

“Un hotel 3 stelle che ne merita anche 4. Camere spaziose, personale gentile e molto solerte nelle pulizie e nel soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Posizione eccellente, di fronte al Parlamento e comodo sia per il trasporto pubblico che per ristoranti, negozi e passeggiate lungo il porto.”

“Perfect location, just 15 minutes from Swartz Bay and downtown Victoria, away from the crowds. The room was spacious, clean, and exceeded expectations for a three-star hotel. The bed was firm, pillow soft, and the sitting area was a nice touch. Friendly staff, easy check-in/out, and free parking make this place a winner. I’ll definitely stay here again! ”

“Great location within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the Wharf and Chinatown. Staff were excellent and accommodating. We wanted to check-in early after a long early flight and they did everything possible and got ua checked in two hours early. Would definitely recommend staying here. ”
