“Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“Clean and simple accomodations. Does not have 'all the modern conveniences' but does have all the necessities. We came for one night and didn't spend a lot of time, but it was quiet for sleeping and restful. Were the last to park and had to walk around the corner, but we expected to be late and this could happen. We really like the place and would return. ”

“Our review of the Dashwood Manor is pretty mixed. On the plus side, the staff was friendly the location is excellent and the bed was comfortable. But for the price we paid, we expected more. There is zero room cleaning during your stay, which was surprising. The breakfasts were just ok, and were identical both days we were there except eggs were replaced by pancakes the second day. The room we were in - the Dorset - is on the third floor, and the bathroom ceiling has an extreme pitch. This made...

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”

“The guest house at Spinnakers is a unique experience. You can't beat the location and the view from our room was amazing. Our suite was very roomy and included a Jacuzzi tub. That said, the property could use some TLC and the mattress on the bed has seen better days. Overall recommended though. ”

Comparing to these conditions with the amount I paid for the room- it’s too pricey. Water temperature keeps changing from warm to very hot or very cold itself while taking shower. ”

“WE were blown away when entering our room. It was a full-on suite with 2 Q, complete kitchen, gigantic LR. Beautiful view and close to everything in the harbor.”
