“Clogged bathroom, dirty coffee maker, noisy heat vent, previous guest/ staff’s blonde hair on bed, got bite marks on my back either from bed bugs or mosquitoes. Couldn’t sleep well entire night. Comparing to these conditions with the amount I paid for the room- it’s too pricey. Water temperature keeps changing from warm to very hot or very cold itself while taking shower. ”

Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“The guest house at Spinnakers is a unique experience. You can't beat the location and the view from our room was amazing. Our suite was very roomy and included a Jacuzzi tub. That said, the property could use some TLC and the mattress on the bed has seen better days. Overall recommended though. ”

“It wasn’t the cleanliest hotel and for me this is a must. The price for one night was ridiculous, especially given the shape of it. 0/10 recommend.”

“For $200+ a night, I expected more. The room itself was good, but the rest of the property is run down and "tired", in need up renovation. From the filthy parking lot, to the lobby to the dingy elevators, everything looks dirty and used. Although I put the "Please service my room" sign on the door in the morning when we left for the day, our room was never cleaned. They only swapped out clean towels. Pretty poor service from this level of a hotel.”

“I had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Empress. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Victoria and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”
