“We very much enjoyed our night at theThe Porches Inn. Check-in was easy, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was the best rainfall shower I have ever had and we even had a claw foot bathtub! The only drawback to our room was proximity to the main entrance door of the building which could hear opening and closing. “OK, the hotel needs updating, but the staff was so friendly and helpful it didn't even matter. We parked our car, walked everywhere, 2 min to the Colonial theater! Insider tip, if you buy a breakfast tix from the front desk it's less $ than paying at the restaurant. ”
