“I booked for 4 nights for my daughter and granddaughter. A friend picked them up and dropped them back later in the evening. Came back that night and it was freezing. They put the heater on but barely worked. No carpet on floorboards, and only one blanket for the bed. It was so cold they rugged up as much as possible but took my daughter until 12 midnight to get her daughter to sleep.
Went to reception the next morning and the male was so rude, he told me he was not allowed to put carpet on the...

However confusion on booking due to sale of hotel last November by Travelodge to Mantra. They were u aware of booking commitment re breakfast and other offers made by Travelodge. They honoured breakfast but not all amenities after discussion.
Ok stay nothing special - only benefit is proximity to airport.”
