Case in affitto a Mount Pleasant

“First off let me just say this, if people would do the right thing this world would be a better place. This house definitely do not represent the pictures that is posted. Checking in was easy and the host provided all information in a timely manner. After checking in of course your first thought is to scan the house, and we did and start to notice minor mishaps holes in the walls and doors not a big deal, however when it was time to go to bed every bed in that house had cinder blocks and pillows...

“Very clean and nice house and the host were super nice!”

“Horrible check in experience. My family and I ended up leaving within 2 hours I do not recommend this small apartment. Definitely not suitable nor did it have comfortable accommodations. Not at my level & I will never recommend or return. Personally, I have never experienced such inconvenience with check in and overall the place smells. I do not recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a clean, quiet place and airy place. Far from everything not convenient and can hear all outside noise.”

“Great location for everything we did. The only downfall was that there was a storm that came through the night we arrived, we lost power, and didn't get internet until we left. We were without internet the entire stay! That said the service is terrible in this area so, we had to make our plans away from the property.”

“Property was exactly as described extremely clean nicely decorated the host goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need water in the fridge, coffee, and snacks they even make sure there was firewood in the fire pit in case we wanted to use it. The house is wonderful an older house that has been renovated like something on HGTV and it was immaculately clean would definitely stay here again”

“Super cute rental for myself and teens. Easy communication with the host. ”

“We enjoyed it but the mosquitoes get inside somehow . I’d look into that”

“- Make more handicap access- There were furnitures that had stain on. - Make it more clearer about the use of the pool. It was little confusing too me.- Other that me and my family enjoyed our stay.”

“Very helpful host”

“Super clean and host made it very easy to check-in and check-out. Anyone in North Charlotte looking for a spot, this is it!”

“Very clean and the hosts were very responsive.”

“Having a place that felt like home while in town for a funeral made things for everyone just a little bit easier. Roxy, my Chihuahua enjoyed her first trip to North Carolina. Great communication on things I needed to know before during and after my stay. Save the listing and plan to use it again and share with friends as well!”

“The host was very attentive and always responded promptly. The amenities were new, clean and very nice. The location was a plus. My only creative critique was to have more comfortable seating available in the TV area to accommodate 6 adults. I would certainly stay here again in the future.”

“Very clean and inviting house. Susan stayed in touch with us throughout the check-in process and was very thorough. Great towels and sheets ! As a COO of home textiles, I always look for those things and Susan has provided great towels and sheets which is very important to guests. The house is very clean and very convenient to downtown Kannapolis. Five star VRBO !!!Fenced in back yard which was great for our dog and the grand kids. Thanks Susan and Ben ! We really enjoyed our stay !”

“Very nice place great quiet location. Well equipped!”

“Cleanliness was not what I expected. Walls were very stained and scuffed. We found several teams left from previous guest.Candy and black coal in the kitchen cabinets. ”
