“Clean ocean view easy access to the beach”

“We enjoyed being on the beach and close enough to walk to many restaurants. The condo was very clean. Check-in was easy.”

“Loved the location at the beach, private parking, so no messing with trying to find a parking spot, cleanliness of the condo and the kitchen was well equipped. Our 3rd person was our grown daughter, who barely fit in the bunk bed. It was not even the size of a twin bed. Would have worked great for smaller children, though.”

Wish checkout time was later and could have used another mirror in the unit outside the bathroom as well as some coffee for our one morning there (we flew in for a night and it wasn’t worth buying even a small package for just one day). But, this condo had all the other basic necessities, a lot of coastal charm, and was close to everything we needed! ”

“Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! “We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The location was fabulous—close enough to walk around at night to nearby bars and restaurants, but the unit itself was still quiet and felt very safe. We don’t drink, but we still enjoyed being able to walk over in the evening and grab some finger foods and enjoy the atmosphere. “Excellent room with everything you need for the stay. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Perfect instructions from host. Nicely decorated condo, perfect for two people. Balcony/deck with nice view. Only suggestion would be a little later checkout. 10 o’clock seems a little early. No chance to enjoy the beach before having to leave. Would highly recommend this particular unit as I believe each condo is slightly different in comfort.”

“This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”
