Deliziosamente rinnovato 3 BR Townhouse Vicino Shem Creek, in desiderabile Monte Piacevole

Situato in posizione strategica a soli quattro miglia dalle spiagge incontaminate dell'isola di Sullivan, e bellissimo centro storico di Charleston; questo meraviglioso edificio è una scelta eccellente per coloro che sono interessati in termini di convenienza, comfort e lusso.

Vicino alla I-526, I-26 e adiacente alla Hwy 17; questa posizione è uno dei migliori disponibili in Mt. Piacevole. Più negozi di alimentari, palestre, parchi e ristoranti sono con in cinque minuti, e Il Ponte Ravenel è proprio dietro l'angolo.

Recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con gusto, questo edificio ha pavimenti originali in legno e piastrelle di ceramica per tutto il primo piano, e bella nuovo muro di moquette e piastrelle in tutto il secondo piano.

La zona giorno principale ha una grande tv intelligente, lettore Blu-ray, e grande pelle sezione, mentre la zona pranzo mette in mostra un grande tavolo altezza pub, in grado di ospitare comodamente 8.

La cucina è ben attrezzata, grande abbastanza per ospitare più di un cuoco alla volta, e si apre su un cortile perfetto per tutto l'anno grigliate.

Vi è una sala di fango fuori dalla porta d'ingresso, con un banco di stoccaggio per le scarpe e ganci per giacche; e nel corridoio c'è una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, e un piccolo bagno di una posizione comoda per gli ospiti.

Al piano superiore, la camera da letto si apre su un ampio balcone con vista sul cortile, e mette in mostra il proprio bagno con abbondanza di spazio. L'ampio dimensioni quota di seconda e terza camera da letto di una sala da bagno con vasca e doccia over-size.

Highly recommend. The place was as described. Well located to Charleston and the beaches, quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean. 3 grocery stores are just a few minutes away. Excellent communication and easy check in.

Disappointed with the lack of basic cleanliness of floors, counters, bathrooms. When notified the host, she said she would call shortly to discuss and never did. Nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience via text. Otherwise it was a good location for access to Mt Pleasant and Charleston activities.

The house is excellently located with a short drive to Downtown Charleston. There is an Aldi literally around the corner which we found very, very convenient. There is also a Trader Joe's within a 2 minute drive... Also very convenient. The house was well equipped and very clean and the owners super responsive.

My family of 4 stayed here to attend a wedding that was taking place in Mt. Pleasant. It was the perfect size, clean and well kept. The location was perfect. The host was easy to reach. Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I needed a place where we could hang with my three adult children and their partners (all of us from out of town) during Christmas week, as they were staying with their dad but wanted to celebrate with us, as well. This townhouse is conveniently located in suburban Mt. Pleasant, close to downtown Charleston. We didn’t need three bedrooms, but we liked the option in case anyone wanted to spend the night or take a nap (both happened!). More important was living spaces large enough to accommodate us for meals and game nights. This place checked all those boxes! The kitchen was large enough for half the group (or more) to cook and/or make drinks, the dining table seats eight (big plus) for meals and games, and the living room had plenty of seating for a group our size to lounge and play rousing board games.We were concerned about it backing up to a shopping center parking lot, but the property is well separated by fencing and landscaping (even in the dead of winter) and it’s a nice neighborhood to stroll through. I can’t think of any valid complaints, except that we had to opt for the 89 insurance instead of placing a reasonable deposit because the owner couldn’t correct the listing to capture 300 instead of the 3,000 noted in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our stay. 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. 10 minutes to Sullivan’s Island. Everyone had their own space inside the townhouse. We have visited the area numerous times and love staying in Mount Pleasant. Also this place is a hop, skip and a jump from Page’s Okra Grill, one of our absolute favorites. We loved the welcome basket and all of the goodies. Thank you!

I rent often in the area to visit my daughter and her family. This comfortable townhouse is very nicely decorated and supplied in every way to meet the needs of a traveler. Situated perfectly for easy access to all areas it is attractive and functional for a small booking or a family. There is a fully equipped kitchen (many aren’t) and ample linens including beach towels (nice linens). Also a laundry area. The only lack I noted was no nightlights - not a necessity but appreciated by a renter of a certain age. I very much enjoyed my visit.

We had an awesome stay with a group of 3 couples. Awesome location close to Sullivans island, downtown Charleston, and only about a mile away from Shems creek (our favorite area). Home was clean and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

The townhouse was clean, well maintained and conveniently located near both Daniel Island and Charleston. There are lots of restaurants in the area and a market within walking distance. The owner was very easy to work with and very prompt in responding to questions. There was even wine and a few treats to welcome us. The property was perfect for what we needed.

Perfect location to many attractions. Property is very nice and communication with the owner went smoothly. How nice it was to arrive to a wine and snack gift basket and fresh flowers - wow! We did not hear any noise, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I felt safe there with my elderly mother. I highly recommend this property.

This charming townhouse is located in a quaint neighborhood with a convenient market within walking distance. It was large enough for our group of 4 women, with upgraded baths & kitchen. There was a welcome basket full of treats on arrival. The owner was very responsive to our queries, as out-of-towners, to tornado & hurricane warnings (we were OK). Charleston was a memorable stop and we had a great time.

We loved everything about this property !! Location was the best, near beach, restaurants, and downtown Charleston. There were also several grocery stores close to the property. Very nice accommodations. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and the host left a nice bottle of wine and some snacks. Conveniently located. Loved the neighborhood’s creative Halloween decorations!
