Goditi Charlestons History & Carolina Sun - 3BR 2 BATH Old Mt. Piacevole

Posizione, posizione posizione ... Sarai a pochi minuti da molte cose da fare a Mount Pleasant, un sobborgo di Charleston. Questo quartiere è perfetto per una bella passeggiata o un giro in bicicletta. Andare in qualsiasi direzione ti condurrà verso spiagge sabbiose, insenature paludose, numerosi ristoranti o l'Arthur Ravenel Bridge, che ha una vista eccellente sulla zona e meraviglioso da attraversare fuori dall'auto!

Inoltre, situato nel quartiere dell'AKA "Old Village", troverai "The Old Bridge" che collegava Sullivan's Island a Mount Pleasant durante l'era della guerra civile. Questo è stato ora convertito in un bel parco e circondato dalla via navigabile intercoastal. Ottima posizione per pescare, pescare, gamberetti o guardare il sole tramontare su Charleston dalle panchine.

I ristoranti di Shem Creek ti danno un assaggio dei migliori frutti di mare di Charleston mentre guardi le barche di gamberi entrare al molo o andare in kayak. Un parco giochi locale si trova a circa 3/4 di miglio di distanza e ospita campi da tennis in terra battuta ad uso pubblico. La zona del vecchio villaggio "Pitt Street" ti dà la sensazione unica di com'era Mount Pleasant quando ci siamo sparsi per la prima volta da Charleston sulle isole ...

La casa è a pochi minuti da Sullivan's Island; Casa di Fort Moultrie dove risuonarono i primi colpi della guerra civile! Il forte e il suo museo sono gratuiti. Si trova anche a circa 2 miglia da Patriots Point, che è un museo navale di guerra (campo da golf dall'altra parte della strada).

In 5 minuti puoi anche andare al centro visitatori di Charleston in centro. Vedrai annunci pubblicitari per tutto lo splendore di Charleston e le aree circostanti hanno da offrire in un'unica posizione. C'è troppo da elencare qui ...

Our family was in town for a wedding. We did not cook at house. We only slept there and used showers. It was a good location near beach and downtown. We had several meals nearby in Shem Creek area. The house was fine.

This house was perfect for me and my family. It was comfortable, welcoming and safe. Love the outside seating. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very secure. This is definitely a place to return to again. Everytime I had a question, our host was quick to respond.

The house was super cute, updated rooms and everything was clean. It was the perfect place to stay with my girlfriends for a long weekend. Loved having coffee on the back patio in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was great - very close to downtown and also Sullivan's Island and Patriot's Point. We felt very safe while there too. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was the perfect size house for my family plenty of room, located very close to great places to eat, drink, have some nightlife fun. Also great location for beaches, historical site. Will definitely seek to stay here again which visiting SC.

We loved the hose and location and would definitely come back again. Only surprise was having to make the beds and had to dry some towels that were still damp when they were folded up. Still a nice place to stay.

House was cute and comfortable and very clean on the inside. Neighborhood was wonderful, very quiet and very friendly people. Lots of people go walking in the morning and the evenings, a Mayberry style of neighborhood! Location was great not far downtown and attractions. The only big drawback was that we had to make our own beds.

Nice neighborhood. Beautiful shaded backyard and patio excellent for gatherings. We were able to cook and eat outside, visit and play games. Easy commuting to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Comfortable beds and great indoor space for our family of 6.

The location was perfect because we went to a wedding at Alhambra Hall. Beds were very comfortable. The porch still had pollen on the tables and chairs. The grill did not get hot all over and was also filthy We cleaned the Blackstone and were able to use it. The outside lights were not working. The hot and cold water facets were reversed in kitchen and first bathroom. Never got the big shower head to work. Beds were unmade. Alarm was not on as stated it would be. Why did we pay a cleaning fee??

My husband and I had a great visit to Charleston and Mount Pleasant for both shopping, dining, and golf. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and close to main road that easily takes you into the city. Everything was as we expected in the house. There were plenty of linens and the furniture was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking bench. Check in and out was simple and communication was efficient. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Charleston. Thank you for your hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this adorable house, which was perfect for our group of four women (sisters and cousins who grew up together). The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the porches are perfect for morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and the streets are lined with mature trees. Mount Pleasant has some of the best restaurants in the area. In short, we highly recommend this home and would definitely return!

Came to SC to see our son and his wife graduate Navy Nuclear Propulsion School. His grandparents stayed with us too. We had friend and in-laws come for the day. It was so nice being being able to have our family all in one house. I could cook for my sailor and visit with them. Lots of outdoor seating for gathering and enjoying meal. Our youngest so has special needs and this house was perfect as it had a fenced yard for him to wander a bit and extra sitting room was perfect for his safety bed that travels with us. We all had a great time.
