“A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. “Very close to events we were attending. Bed comfortable. Breakfast had a nice assortment of items and attendant kept all foods supplied. Area was very clean. Staff was pleasant. The accessible room would have worked better if it had a walk in shower not a tub. With a hand held shower head and a seat. “I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. ”
