Very dated. Fridge had leftover food in it from the last guests. Had to ask for towels and linens for the hide a bed. None in the room.

Room was good
The room was clean and well kept. There was only one set of towels so I had to share with my friend. The lobby smelled to high heaven tho. Made me kind of sick. The breakfast spread was just some cereal and milk. Waffle machine was there but no waffle mix. But I didn’t get it for the breakfast, I got it for the room and the room was good.

The property had a funky look to it as it was an older motel that was renovated ... the room was clean and comfortable ... the bed was very good. The motel was worth the price and would likely stay again although the breakfast was wanting.

Boyfriend and I met halfway and stayed here. Pretty decent place for the money. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

The amount of dust, water/mold damage was horrific...don't go at all especially if you are asthmatic. The bedding and towels had stains, barely could find parking, a group of people literally had a bbq on the sidewalk/parking lot. The person whom checked me in repeatedly asked me what I booked, and that was the end of the conversation and actuallt laughed at our concerns. This place should be comdemned.

Very clean place with friendly staff! For the price, I cannot say too much; however the bathtub filling up to shins while showering, lack of soap in see through bottle, and the a/c not cooling sufficient until 5:00 were negatives for me.

I booked this room in advance solely for the reason of the jacuzzi room. Unfortunately during my stay I was not able to use it due to it not working. We did not find out about this inconvenience until we tried to use it late in the night before our check out. Since it was our last night stay I decided to talk to the receptionists at check out to report the issue and to receive some compensation for the inconvenience. The receptionists excallated the concern to the manager. The manager didn't apologize and proceeded to say "I already received the best rate possible and there was nothing else that can be done." I don't find it fair practice to be charged for a quality of standard that was not received. I don't expect a full refund but I was requesting a fair discount for the inconveniance.

No elevators, doors open to outside. Pool was completely drained and the restaurant next door was closed for good. Carpet was dirty in the room. The MOST basic breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel and the owners wife was yelling the entire time we were eating in the lobby on some kind of FaceTime call. Save your money and stay across the street. Luckily we were only there as a stopover for the night. There’s no way I would stay longer.

ALL let me repeat ALL of the Double / Queen sized beds are on the 2nd floor. I requested an accessable bathroom. Broke my left knee late last year and the right is bone on bone. NO ELEVATOR! So, stairs are hard to do. Explained that to the young man on the desk. His solution, they had king sized and twin beds available on the first floor. Who in their right mind has twin sized beds in hotels in this day and age? I travel on business. I'm already sharing a room with an employee, I'm certainly not going to share a bed with them. Nor was the hotel going to give me a refund for the difference in the size of the beds. NO REFUNDS! The breakfast was appalling. Brown, rotted bananas and cereal. A couple of pieces of dried out bread. Staff seemed unfazed by these issues. Maybe these are just my issues. But I certainly expect better of Best Western.

One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had unfortunately. No A/C in the lobby which is fine but the lady in front of us tried paying with all gift cards (not the staffs fault) but just made an extremely uncomfortable experience. Sweating after 5 minutes. At least put a fan or cold water out. The hotel room itself smelled like old oranges in the trash can and the bathroom was disgusting. The sink is also very short so if you have back problems you have to be careful. Only 4 very short pillows so good luck if you are used to pillows or are pregnant and need a lot of support. Overall very poor experience but sadly not a lot of options for hotels in this area

I have stayed here a few times now. Best hotel in Longview for the price and most of all its safe, i have a small work trailer that they have parking for and the staff is great.... Including the Parot !!

Was a good stay
It was a little old but nice place to stay other than the pillows everything was great .the young lady at check in that night was wonderful. More places need people like her.
