“Our family had a fantastic last-minute stay at Hotel Providence. The location can’t be beat; it is in walking distance from almost anything you could want to do in Providence. Our room (two queen beds) was clean, spacious and comfortable. The “continental” breakfast buffet was nicer than a typical continental breakfast, with several hot options and lots of fresh fruit. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Quando siamo arrivati il riscaldamento era rotto, nel senso che o riscaldava a temperature sopra i 50 gradi o doveva essere spento. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che ha fatto spallucce e detto che la mattina dopo avrebbero mandato qualcuno a sistemarlo (ma non e' successo). Il giorno dopo ci siamo poi trovati tutto il giorno chiusi in hotel a causa della tempesta di neve (questo non e' colpa dell hotel) - ma il personale non ha mosso un dito per cercare di alleviare la situazione...

“Per trovare l'hotel, di notte, abbiamo dovuto perdere più di un'ora, in quanto l'uscita dall'autostrada indicata dal GPS era chiusa. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte ai distributori per trovare una via alternativa a quella indicata dal navigatore. L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto.
