Hotel vicino a Mount Roberts Tramway - Juneau

“I was on my first trip to Juneau, solo. My suite was very clean, which I really appreciate. Staff was so kind and helpful. I picked the front desk staffs’ brains several times about best ways to get somewhere, good, etc. and never once did they act like they minded or I was being a bother. The other staff was also friendly and top-notch Coffee in the lobby was a nice plus, as was the airport shuttle. It’s a little walk into town, but not bad at all. I really loved my stay, highly recommend...

“This was an ideal stay. The staff was incredible and accommodated every request. We even needed to do laundry and they drove us to a different hotel to do so. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved the airport shuttle and downtown shuttle.”

“When properties use third-party company such as vending companies and then when something goes wrong with these vending machines, they try to blame it on the bending companies. However, if you’re putting these vending machines in your place of business, you better make damn sure they work because it’s a bad look on your company to have product in there that doesn’t service your company. The only one I hold responsible is the hotel owner.”

“Ok. This is not a 5 star hotel. Remember, if you’re going to Alaska, it’s mostly going to be rugged. This is a rugged hotel. Old amenities but I wasn’t expecting much. Bed was comfy. We had fans to drone out noise. Used the kitchenette to cook a little. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful— connected us with a great driver Cathy to get around and to learn about Juneau, find a local grocery store, and make recommendations of where to go.
