“I typically stay with friends here but needed a break and to give them the space during the holidays. The room was clean and comfortable, and the keyless entry was easy to use. The location was very convenient—close to the freeway, downtown, and central Mount Shasta, with easy access across to the mountain via Lake Street. I received quick, helpful responses to any questions or requests I had. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.”

“Besides being a nice property, it offers excellent service. Even though this is a self service type of hotel, the communication is pretty instantaneous. We had a toilet blockage & texted for help. Within 10 minutes, someone came to fix our toilet & got it done in another 10. ”
