“Conditioner and body soap dispensers broke and sitting on floor of shower. Hair on bottle on wall. Washcloth hanging in shower from previous people that stayed in room. Room smelled like a dog wash with perfume. Not hotels fault and front desk tried to take care of it but young kids were running up and down hall screaming. Front desk were very prompt in handling situation ”

“We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep.
