“Overall stay was pretty good. Clean, quiet rooms. Very aligned with what we expected. Staff were friendly. Open, spacious lobby good for getting work done. Breakfast was pretty good, too, although a little expensive, especially for a cup of coffee. Cons included that one of the elevators was broken during our entire stay. And the rooms are somewhat dated.”

“Great location. But hotel definitely needs upgrades in room and bathrooms. Breakfast food area needs to be bigger with more than one waffle maker. Had a line just for a waffle. Bathroom needs ventilation. Dressers and bed need updating. Rail on bed scraped my leg from sticking out. Carpet needs cleaning too and air needs to be on down hallways.”

“I know that it is a busy and convenient location but the hotel is old and it is time for an update to change the smelly carpet and old, hard mattresses. We paid for and requested a double bed, but had to sleep in a king room with a pull out sofa. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and tried to place us in what were considered the best rooms available, but the room was outdated, the mattress was very old that you could feel all of the springs and the ac was on the Fritz. “We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one.”

“Staff was super helpful and courteous. Had internet issues and was not able to provide room keys. Inconvenient to have to have a staff member walk you to your room every time. TV in room unable to load apps or cast from phone. Rooms are outdated. Old looking furniture and fixtures. Room was also hot due to the building being glass mostly. AC worked well but unable to keep up with Baltimore heat. Room temp was at 78 most of the day.”

“It was nice, but they did not honor the room we booked and paid for 7 months prior. Then they had us carry sheets, blankets, and pillows to our room for the pull out sofa. When we opened the pull out, there were already sheets on it, and there were crumbs everywhere in them.”
