“It's basically a semi-luxury studio apartment. It's clean and cute. The patio is shared but it's spacious and the hot tubs are nice. The checkin process is challenging, watch the video and read the instructions. Excellent communication response with the host, he communicated with me through the entire process.”

“We loved staying at the Local. The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities that you would have at home. Very spacious. Had a very nice size closed and it was great to have the washer and dryer in the apartment. It was nice to have covered parking in the garage, as parking on the street is very limited. “The apartment itself is very nice. The decor is modern, comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well-outfitted. We needed the spare toothbrush! Proximity to the greenbelt, downtown, etc, were perfect for walking to dinner and getting some exercise. The hardest thing about this rental is the hilarious lockbox attached to a kid's bike, and navigating the parking garage. We never did figure out how to park in the garage and used the back lot, which was fine. Being able to park...
