Bodenhammer Cabin - Mountain Home Arkansas

La mia cabina si trova nel cuore di Mountain Home Arkansas, anche se è in città ha un'atmosfera di campagna a causa del cortile molto grande. La cabina è ideale per viaggiatori d'affari e famiglie in vacanza. Molti dei nostri ospiti vengono a visitare la loro famiglia e vogliono una casa piuttosto che un hotel. È semplicemente un ottimo posto per rilassarsi.

Mountain Home si trova tra due laghi, il lago Norfork e il lago Bull Shoals. Si trova a breve distanza in auto da tre fiumi, il Buffalo National River, il White River e il North Fork River. Puoi praticare tutti i tipi di sport acquatici come canottaggio, canoa e nuoto. Se ami pescare, questo è il posto dove venire, siamo famosi per la pesca di tutti i tipi durante tutto l'anno, così come una varietà di stili di pesca come la pesca con la mosca. L'area ha favolosi sentieri escursionistici, come il famoso Indian Rock House Nature Trail sul fiume Buffalo, il Whitaker Point Trail nella zona superiore di Buffalo Wilderness, molti sentieri vicino a Blanchard Springs Caverns, nonché percorsi locali come David's Trail. Incredible. In town but you would never know it. Very quiet inside. Not a piece of drywall in the cabin. All White Oak, Cedar, and natural stone. Great interior lighting, and every detail was taken care of. Beautiful kitchen, baths, and comfy king size bed. Hosts were super nice and were available to answer questions. The squirrels were entertaining.

This is a great property located in Mountain Home, AR. Even though you are in the city, it feels like you are out in the country. The cabin is awesome since it was built over a rock shed. There is plenty of room inside the cabin, and all appliances and fixtures are modern and updated. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and etc. We have family in Mountain Home, and will definitely be staying here in the future when we return. The hosts are very responsive when we had a question. We did not have any issues while staying at the cabin. The entire process was quick and easy. The only suggestion I can think of is maybe add a small TV downstairs in the sitting area as the only TV in the cabin is upstairs in the bedroom loft. Great place to stay!!!!

The house had a unique charm with the original rock wall and beautiful woodwork throughout. It was clean, modern and comfortable. My adult son and I stayed there for six days in September on our fishing trip.

Overall this was a very nice place to stay. It was small and cozy. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was actually nice to finally get a pillow that wasn't too full. There were also dimmer lights throughout so you could reduce the brightness should you want to leave a little light on in the eveningWe had a couple of issues that when we contacted the host, she got back to us promptly. Thank you!! I put 4 stars on cleanliness only bc I felt the outside (and some of the inside) wasn't as tidy as i would have liked. By no means was it dirty. Some cobwebs throughout and dust on the end tables and the floors appeared to need a good mopping. Like it just needed a thorough wipe down. This would not keep me from renting it again if i am in the area. Just a personal preference.

Amazing location, peaceful stay

This property was even more beautiful in person. Located right off a main road so easy to access but because the way the home is position it feels like its miles outside of town once inside. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive. Checking in was a breeze. We loved staying here and have already discussed rebooking on our next trip to Mountain Home.

I loved the cabin! It was perfect for my reunion with family. The reasons i didn't give it a 5 star were that the furniture was not very comfortable, there was no oven and the microwave was not easily accessible as it was above the refrigerator. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place for a relaxing weekend.

Slice of Heaven

We absolutely loved this place. I am quite particular about cleanliness and a comfy bed and this far exceeded my expectations. This place is unique, well made, peaceful, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. My husband and I slept in the upstairs loft (very large bedroom with a half-bath). There are four sunlight windows in the roof. I found it absolutely wonderful to wake up in that extremely comfortable bed with the sunlight shining in. Temps were easy to adjust for comfort in the whole place. We enjoyed sitting on the porches watching birds and squirrels, enjoying the peace and quiet. The location was great as it was close to downtown and other conveniences but you would never know it. I walked the mile to downtown and to Walgreens. Easy. We loved this place so much and of all the VRBOs we've stayed at, and there have been many, this was one of the best ever. We'll likely be coming back to the area and will definitely be looking for this accommodation when we do. Host was very responsive and provided a great deal of needed information for the stay. It was an incredible visit.

Cozy Cabin!

Beautiful cabin with gorgeous woodwork and stonework. One screened in porch and an upstairs outside patio. There is also a small firepit out back. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and everything needed for onsite cooking.The mattresses and linens were very nice also. There are neighbors nearby, but when we saw them they were very friendly. This is a great place to relax and have fun. setting

Cabin in town

The cabin was wonderful. So much work gone into the decor. I like the fact that you were close to everything in town but when you sat on the porches or back room, you felt like you were out in the woods. It was furnished with everything we needed. It was a good time. I would stay again, but I will say it needs at least one comfortable chair. The seating was beautifully made, but not very comfortable. That wasn’t a big deal but just wanted to mention that thank you so much for your hospitality.

Beautiful, secluded gem

It is a beautiful, relaxing place to be with family or to just unwind. Kitchen was stocked with everything, lots of towels, very comfortable bed. My mom and aunt live close by there and they had no idea this place was even there. It was like no one was even around, but you are close by to places. I would recommend this place to people. I would come again. Two thumbs up 👍👍
