“Checked in after a last minute family event. The property was clean, the rooms were spacious & it’s close to food, so that is a plus. If I had one complaint, it would be the parking situation. There doesn’t seem to be enough spots. I’d absolutely stay here again, but if you don’t get there early, who knows where you’d have to park.”

“We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. “Exceptionally clean! All public areas and rooms were spotless. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! ALL staff were very helpful, gladly providing anything we asked for and offering great restaurant suggestion in nearby Dallas NC that could easily accommodate our 6 adults and 2 high chair babies. The staff here must be well trained and well managed: they were all very friendly and seemed to genuinely like their jobs. THAT really makes for a good customer experience!”
