“The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. “This is a small, quaint hotel run by locals in the style of a hostel. We arrived way early and were allowed to swim in the pool for a few hours which was great! The common area is a great place to meet others, and the staff was very nice. We were very happy with this authentic stay and would return.”

Before my scheduled stay, multiple Expedia representatives and I repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel, but were unsuccessful. AT LEAST four different Expedia agents tried to reach the property on my behalf for SIX days (!!!) and were unable to get any response. This raises serious concerns.
