Questa tranquilla casa di campagna si trova a metà strada tra Volcano National Park e Hilo; essendo 1296 sf sotto tetto e una completamente arredata 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno di casa su 2 ettari. Ci sono due strutture separate situate in un modo per fornire privacy l'una dall'altra. L'esperienza di relax è arricchita da una vasca idromassaggio privata, un ambiente tranquillo e molti uccelli canori. La camera da letto ha un nuovo letto (2019) con materasso memory foam e una cabina armadio. Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano letto che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. La zona pranzo è composta da un tavolo da pranzo 4 posti e un bar cucina. Il bagno ha una cabina doccia e una vasca idromassaggio. C'è una zona posteriore per barbecue esterno e una veranda per rilassarsi e ascoltare gli uccelli. Troverete questa casa molto confortevole con tutti i comfort necessari. Tutto è incluso; tutti gli elettrodomestici; tra cui lavatrice / asciugatrice, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, stoviglie, asciugamani ecc Basta portare la valigia. Ci sono molte avventure da esplorare nelle Hawaii dell'est come Akaka Falls, Rainbow Falls, spiagge di sabbia nera e verde, giardini tropicali, campi di lava e coni di nuova formazione (2017 e 2018). È una casa nuova e sebbene questa casa sia vicina a vari luoghi di vacanza, è fuori dai sentieri battuti in un'atmosfera rurale. La tariffa è molto conveniente, permettendoti di rimanere un po 'più a lungo in Paradiso. Spero che verrai rilassato ed esplorerai la nostra bellissima isola.

Excellent stay and a get place to stay at if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The house is in the countryside and the road is a bit of a rollercoaster to get to it, but it is well worth it. There are many places in close proximity(20 to 30) where you don’t feel like you are too far away. Highly recommend.

It was what the explanation said. Quiet getaway. House was a perfect size and very clean. Short drive to Volcanoes National Park. Great for nature lovers. But not too far from Hilo. Expect the sounds of nature: Rain and chickens.

Easy 30 minute drive from Hilo Airport. Quiet rural area and not difficult to find with accurate driving instructions. Comfortable small, well-equipped and very clean house. Patty was a cordial, helpful host. Nice home base for our 6 day stay.

Very easy to get to. Far enough away from the city but not too far so it is very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommended. Patricia was wonderful to work with communicated very and truly cared about our stay.

Very nice roomy house, very private although no one was staying in the 2nd house while we were there. It was a 4.3 mile drive down a side road that took about 12 minutes off the main road, it was fairly close to the volcano. For our trip it was centrally located for where we needed to be. Well clean, nicely furnished, wifi, bath, beautiful setting.

My husband and I had a nice, and relaxing time at this property. So beautiful and quiet. We loved the Koki frogs as they made noise, but in the house we couldn’t hear anything. We definitely would love to stay at this rental the next time we visit.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. It was an excellent match for a couple. The location has easy access to early morning Kilauea visits. We explored Hilo, snorkeled at Carlsmith, explored Kalapana and the Red Road, we visited Kaulana Manu. The property was a good base with a 4 mile rollercoaster road that was fun

We loved the place! It is a hidden gem - roomy, clean, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated. It is very conveniently located halfway in between Hilo and the Volcano national Park. I gave everything else five stars but four stars for the location and neighborhood and accuracy of listing. Because the property is away from the major road. We had major difficulty finding the place in the dark. When we called Patty, she answered right away and provided additional instructions, which was very helpful. The address on VRBO is wrong. I understand Patty tried to change it with VRBO but could not. To be fair, she provided detailed directions that is accurate to the "T." but it was our first time visiting the island, we arrived almost 11 pm and it was very dark! Had we arrived during the day, her directions would have taken us directly to the gate. All in all, we loved the place. If we come back to visit the Hilo side of the island, I would not hesitate to stay at her place again.

I live in Hawaii and was looking for a place to stay while visiting my parents on the big island with my boyfriend and we found this property less than 5 minutes away from their house. It is so beautiful and Patricia was an amazing host. She made sure we knew exactly what to do for check in and check out. The house was clean and she even left us a little gift of chocolates for us to enjoy. If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this property! Mahalo to Patricia for letting us stay and we hope we can come back again one day!

This is a beautiful house both inside and out. A locked security gate protects the grounds which are surrounded by beautiful foliage for added privacy. The house is equipped with everything needed to run a houshold. Just open the door and start the vacation. The slightly remote location was perfect for me as it allowed me to experience the sights and sounds of the area. Patty was very helpful with accurate directions and checked in with me to see how I was doing. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

We came to explore the schools and look at properties in this neighborhood. To our delight this was the perfect location. About 30-35 minutes to down town Hilo, equal distance to Volcano, secluded yet not too far from anything. Patricia was amazing and helpful and we were so thankful for her assistance.
