Hotel vicino a Mountain View Plaza - Hillsborough

“Our stay at this Days Inn was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is poorly maintained. The rooms were not clean, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not maintained well. To make matters worse, the main entrance door wasn’t working, making it difficult to bring our luggage into the hotel. This should have been fixed long ago. “Property staff was always attentive and/or cleaning! Carpet in the main walkways are torn and there is no elevator. I didn't get any breakfast. Other than that, space in the split level room with large area for office/work, 2 queen beds upstairs, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and 1.5 bedrooms was ample! Also the location near highway, grocery and restaurant worked for me.”

“Food was very expensive”

“We stayed for only one night, and for that it was fine i guess. Bed was ok - thank god it had sheetz on it cause they don’t cover the bottom / boxspring and you can see how disgusting and stained it is pillows were terrible. Room was very small but again ok for the one night, did not see an iron board or safe in there like shown in the pictures. Dressers were stained inside and dirty. “The Ruby Tuesdays that is connected needed a deep cleaning. Multiple tables were sticky, wouldn't be surprised if the rags used to clean the tables also cleaned the carpet that has probably been there for a while. Also had a distict smell, that was not great.”

“I was at the hotel for my son’s soccer tournament and we were very pleased with the property. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The only thing I missed was an ice machine, specially since we were in and out of soccer games it’d have been very useful.”

“Packets of oatmeal and hot chocolate is not "Breakfast Included". Wifi was spotty. Touch up paint didn't match wall paint, so everything looked run down. Kitchen was super old and gross. Especially the fridge. No ice machine. Nice staff, but just carried itself as a run down motel.”
