“The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. ”

“I went from paying cash to reserving the room through a third party, and then cash again, I'm still waiting on all my deposit reimbursement. It took over 5 days and a few phone calls to resolve this. The owner was very helpful and I would recommend a stay here, it's quiet an clean”

“Comfortable beds and nice clean rooms. Location is a bit far from downtown Houston but at least close to the freeway.”

“We would not recommend at this state if your on vacation. Maybe for business it would be ok. The staff was very friendly. On more than one occasion we didn’t have hot water and in one room the toilet didn’t flush and the AC did not work. Hotel needs an upgrade. Pool was closed. The surroundings of the hotel also looked desolate. Empty restaurants etc and poor landscaping. The landscaping of the hotel was ok.”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good—lots of options. The carpet in the room needed cleaning. The AC in small fitness center wasn’t working, so it was very warm in there. The weight machine was non-functional. It would be nice to replace it with one that works. It was nice that there were free weights, but I’d recommend including 15lbs, 10lbs, and 5lbs dumbbells as well. The price point was good, given that World Cup games were driving prices way up...
