“Restaurant staff was so rude made it no secret that she didn’t want my kids and I to sit in the restaurant after spending two days and over 700$ there. Front desk lady with long dark hair also rude. I love this place and holds many special memories but those interactions were very unpleasant”

“It was the only hotel in the area close to who I was visiting. I was nervous but pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was easy and didn't have to pay extra. The room was nice, although the bathroom could use the updates (specifically the tub), overall, it was clean and the bed was very comfy.”

Her service was very outstanding and she really good with customers. She’s very charming and very helpful. We just love her so much. It was an excellent experience every time we have been there. Please keep your employee’s happy, they are an excellent crew.”
