“There were some cobwebs in the room and you can smell smoke from the fire pit and a loud noise at night that hurt the ears-not sure where it came from-but the restaurant/tavern/amenities was great-Also, I checked out and the guy said that’s it-thanks without putting my name in the system-then I get a checkout email asking if I’ve checked out ”

“We booked the 2Q suite with a pull out sofa. The Sofa is NOT to be slept on as it felt like I was sitting on a bunch of springs only with no support whatsoever. Called the front desk and they changed our room to another suite with equal unusable sofa bed. Also, the AC didn't properly work as we had it on the lowest setting but the room was very muggy and stayed pretty warm the entire 7 days. The second room also smelled so much but we didn't want to make a fuss since we booked the room via...
