“L’hotel è meraviglioso e la location stupenda ma la gestione è disastrosa ( pulizia servizio e disponibilità lasciano a desiderare), affidata ad un direttore incompetente ed arrogante. Io ho cercato per due gg di incontrare il manager per sottoporgli le mie lamentele ma lui ha regolarmente ignorato le mie richieste. “We just loved our stay at Kapetan Tasos Suites in Milos! The hotel is so beautiful, all white with views of the exquisite blue sea! Our suite was so elegant and clean and roomy. We had everything we needed - coffee, wine, and full kitchen! The linens were very pretty and the bed was so comfortable! "We stayed in En Milo 1 week and we had an amazing time! The residence is amazing and in a very good location, but what really made the difference was the service. Special thanks to Manos, Iugenia, Nikos, Vasili and Pavlos! Manos helped us in the daily things, he helped with renting a car, and gave us great directions for the island. Iuginia with an amazing smile helped us in the evening with choosing breakfast and giving us very good advices. Nikos brought us amazing breakfast every morning in our wonderful veranda and waited patiently when we were still not finished after 2 hours. Vasili help me with soap for my clothes very fast and very kindly. Pavlos helped us with the car and brought us to airport when we needed. All of them with a great energy and positive attitude!
